The Gateway Meesters.
We would like to welcome you to the Meester Family Web Site. My Dad and I initially designed
this site to assist Meester relatives and those interested parties in finding other
Meester's around the world. The site has quickly become a resource to share information not
only about the Meester Family but the Internet and technology matters. Although my Dad
passed away from cancer in Nov. of '97, I have continued to try and keep this site up to
date and fun.
The Gateway Meesters consist of Myself (Matt), Tonja
(wife) and Desiree (Daughter). We selected the slogan "The Gateway
Meester's" when
we moved from Colorado to St. Louis, Missouri in 2007. Prior to this move we
were known as the "Mile High Meester's" which came about when we purchased a brick at the then new Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies Baseball
team. Since then we felt it was a good description of the Meester Family.
The entire Meester Family site is dedicated to my Father
in loving memory. As a teacher, Father, Friend and confidant he was a man that brought the
best out of people. Enjoy
